Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api-Motion MAC-M512-EM80 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC90A0ZD2C110A0S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA11B3090X6KYB1B2E manufactured by Phd and we are pleased to be able to service most Phd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2513T by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bautz Brand M404D0010100004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC071C0JS4C095B0WI520LVS001 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC092B0QD3C095A2S018 by Indramat and MAC071C0JS4C095B0WI520LVS001 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
